Reservation Information

Reservations
We ask that all appointments valued at $100 or more be secured with a 50% deposit or gift certificate. Deposits will gladly be refunded with observation of our cancellation policy. Prices are subject to change. We are unable to offer refunds on products, services or gift certificates. A store credit may be issued when necessary. A fee of $25 will be applied to returned checks.


Bridal Parties & Groups

Our spa is able to accommodate large parties such as weddings, birthdays & office groups. Please see our Spa Coordinator for details & group discounts. All group reservations must be secured with a 50% down payment.


Cancellations or Changes

Your time is so important to us that your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are needed so we respectfully ask for 24 hours notice for individual services & 72 hours for group or multiple service reservations. This policy allows us the opportunity to provide optimal availability to other guests. Since reservations are made exclusively for you a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will apply for cancellations made less than 24-72 hours in advance. A 50% deposit may be required for those with a history of last minute cancellations. In return, we promise to provide unparalleled professional, 5-Star service to you each time you visit.  


For Your Comfort

We ask that all young children remain accompanied by an adult that is not receiving services.  Please arrive 15 mins early for your reservation to relax. Should you arrive late for your reservation, your service may be shortened so other clients aren’t effected & full payment will be required.
