Reserving an Individual Spa Service
Deposits are required to schedule your spa service valued at $100 or more.
Cancellation Policy for an Individual Treatments
Deposits will be gladly refunded if cancellation is made
prior to 24 hours before date of arrival.
Reserving a Package or Multiple Services (2 or more)
Due to the complexity of coordinating technicians and services,
all group reservations must be secured with a 50% down
payment or a valid gift certificate number.
Cancellation Policy for Packages and Group Bookings
Deposits will be gladly refunded if cancellation is made prior to 72 hours before date of arrival. We do have voicemail/E-mail so you may call or send in your cancellation
(if after hours)
Bridal Parties/Group Discounts
Our spa is able to accommodate parties such as weddings, birthday's and office groups. Please contact our Spa Coordinator for reservations. We can accept payment arrangements for ease in budgeting for weddings/parties/corporate events/rewards
Children
To respect the serenity of all of our clients, we ask that all children remain accompanied by an adult while you receive services.
Arriving on Time
It is very disappointing to lose a portion of your treatment due
to a late arrival. We therefore strongly encourage you to arrive at
least 15 minutes early. Although a full charge will apply, we cannot
start a treatment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
No Shows
Failure to provide proper notice will result in a 50%
charge to your credit card or void of your Gift Certificate.
In cases of multiple no shows, prepayment may be required.
